Okay! Let's get started!  If you would like to order one of our terrific Goldendoodles,  please first go to our "Available doodles" page to see what is available.  That page stays current! We are not an open kennel.  We are not a "facility".   Our puppies and dogs are raised at our home.  If you would like to purchase from us, we require our canine application to be printed out; filled out and submitted with payment in full if our puppies are ready to go.  For pups not ready to go,  we accept our canine application and a  deposit of HALF THE TOTAL COST.  We do charge North Carolina sales tax regardless of what state you  may reside in.  If you have paid a deposit on an canine that is being delivered or shipped, any balance owed must be paid in full.  Canine receiving vet services must be paid in full PRIOR to receiving such services.  We prefer all canine to be personally picked up by the customer but we can provide shipping assistance for an additional fee.  There is a delivery fee if this service is desired unless otherwise waived by us.  Fees will vary for personal delivery.   Personal checks are not accepted on the same day of personal pick up, delivery or shipment.  While we do accept personal checks for deposits and payments PRIOR to pups and dogs leaving our premises,  we ONLY accept personal checks from Bank of America.   We also accept American postal money orders.   Customers may elect to transfer payments from their bank to our bank via the internet if they bank with Bank of America or they may elect to  go directly to a Bank of America and deposit cash to our account.  Any customer depositing a check other than from Bank of America for payment,  will have to wait until their check clears our account before being permitted to obtain the purchased pet.  We do accept Western  Union, although you may find western union to be costly.  There is a $30 bank wire fee if you do not bank with Bank of America and desire to wire funds to our bank.    We DO NOT accept store money orders, credit card payments or paypal.  We DO NOT use third party agencies to accept payment such as money grams nor do we use  broker agents.   All sales are considered final once we receive a deposit or payment for one of our puppies or dogs.  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS available for any reason regardless of issue.  If an issue arises beyond our control or the control of the buyer,  we will provide a replacement canine upon first availability.   All of our canine are assigned to their new families by us.   We assign our canine  according to what is written upon our canine application from the buyer.   We do try and match our canine  to their new family as closely as possible.  We do NOT guarantee heights/weights or lengths on any canine.   If a genetic health warranty has not been purchased with any canine desired,  none is impllied, insenuated or given. We do, however, provide a 10 day grace period with the purchase of any available canine.  If an illness or issue beyond our control or the buyer's control  occurs that is not neglect, negligence  or accident related within 10 days of purchase, we will accept the original purchased pet back and provide a replacement pet of equal value, gender, color,  size and coat type providing one is available.  If a death occurs beyond the buyer or seller's control within ten days of purchase, we agree to replace the canine upon first availability. Shipping/delivery/vet  fees are not replaceable for free.  If one is not immediately  available, the buyer has the option of waiting until another similar  canine becomes  available or  immediately accept a canine of a different color, coat type, size, gender, etc;  The customer also has the option of waiting for a next litter or next availability.  Any shipping fees, vet fees, etc;  incurred with the original pet is non-transferable nor will they be replaced for free on a replacement pet.   We do not refund simply because there is no immediate replacement.  Because funds accepted for our available canine are put back into the expenses for upkeep and care,  there is no way for us to refund any customer, for any purpose.  We DO NOT permit browsing by the general public.  Contact with an assigned, ready to go canine  is available ONLY to those who have submitted our canine application and have made a  financial commitment.   Too often people simply want to browse with  no intention of  taking a canine home.  We require a 100% commitment if you desire contact with an assigned, available puppy or dog.  DO YOU TWITTER?   We are now on twitter under "doodleworld";   We would appreciate our customers sending photos and info via twitpic, twitter and twitwall to help us save web space.
Our canine  application is a contract to purchase.  Our canine application serves as a tool for us  to know how to select a desired canine  that would best suit you or your family.   The information the buyer places upon our canine application also helps US know where our canine  will be living; how they are going to be cared for, etc;   We use the submitted canine application to make as close a  "love match"    as possible for the buyer.   We do our best to provide superb, expediate service to the buyer.   We do our best at resolving any issue a buyer may have.   We take everything into consideration that you desire in your pet  so that we can  provide as close a match as possible.  We became a private, hobby breeder in 1996.  We consider ourselves experts regarding the Goldendoodle dog.  We are  very familiar with the dispositions of the dogs we create.  We have had great success in assigning our pets to families around the world,  which is why we have stuck with our policy for so many years. WE ARE NOT DOG BROKERS!  WE ARE NOT A PUPPY MILL!  WE ARE NOT A PET STORE OR PET SHOP! WE DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE PUPPIES AVAILABLE! WE ARE NOT COMMERCIAL BREEDERS! Our pups, when available,  are raised indoors in a controlled environment.  Our canine are properly  cared for.  We do have a veterinarian that we have been affiliated with for many years.  We work with our animals seven days a week for many hours a day.  We take our business very seriously and we hope you will, too.   We have canine  of various ages available for sale.  WE DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE TYPES OF BREEDS OF PUPPIES FOR SALE.  When we offer adult dogs for sale, we offer them because we had  "X" amount of pups born and only "Y" amount of received applications which leaves "Z" amount left for sale.  Dogs age by the day.  IF we don't receive an application for them,  they do eventually turn into an adult dog that is still available for sale.  We DO NOT permit any contact with dogs that have NOT been assigned to a  buyer.  Only the  assigned  purchased pet  is presented  to the buyer at the time of personal pick up, shipment or personal delivery.  There is no need to view multiple canine if you've only been assigned one.   We welcome buyers to our home with an appointment.  We encourage buyers to personally pick up their assigned  pet  if possible so that we can meet the buyer and their family as well as answer any questions the buyer has.  We DO NOT live off of our canine.  We DO have a life outside of our dogs.  Personal pick up times and dates are scheduled when it is convenient for not just the customer, but for us as well.   We do our best to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible for personal pick up, delivery and/or shipment.   We can provide shipping assistance to those who need it for an additional fee.  Personal delivery, shipping and shipping assistance is not free.  Shipment worldwide  is available to any purchased pet,   but is also  weather/time  permitting.    Because extreme weather  can hamper the shipping process, it can cause delivery changes  or delays of which we have no control.   We absolutely  DO NOT guarantee shipping, delivery  or personal pick up dates because things can occur beyond our control. We do, however, everything possible to make the purchase process go very smoothly and quickly.  We do ask that buyers be flexible with their schedule.  When it concerns live animals,  we take things day to day.   If you have questions that has  not been answered somewhere upon this site, please give us a call at 704-278-DOGS (3647).    Because this website is at its full capacity for the time being, we encourage all buyers to keep us informed about their purchased  Goldendoodle via twitter  and   twitpic.  Information can also be shared with us  via twitwall.
Our terms of service are strict regarding shared information the buyer submits to us upon via our canine application.  We do not share, sell or give out any private information of any buyer  to any outside source unless we have been  given permission,  in writing, from the buyer,  to do so.  Our purchase policy does not always agree with potential buyers.  If our purchase policy does not agree with you, then of course, we wish you well on your quest for a new pet.  Be aware that our policy is not wavered just to satisfy the general public's  opinion of what we  should or should not do as a breeder.  Our policy is enforced completely.  Our business was founded in 1996. Our policy protects our dogs.  Our dogs are our first concern.   We are a private, professional, hobby breeder who takes our business of breeding very seriously.   We do not permit anyone on our premises who has not made a 100% commitment to purchase from us.   Our time is valuable and we do not want our time wasted if you are only in the "looking" phase.   We DO NOT cater to those  who have the need to  hop from one breeder to another, handling multiple canine while searching for a family pet.  We DO NOT cater to those who have NOT made a definite decision to purchase from us.  We do not cater to those with a need to meet pups before buying simply do see what a Goldendoodle looks like or whether or not they have allergies to this breed.  We have processed applications to purchase our canine since 1996.  We appreciate those who do join our Goldendoodle World and who become a part of OUR family. Our success record in canine adoptions is substantially high. Our Goldendoodles  and breeding dogs have continued to remain, over all,  extremely  hardy, healthy canine.   We began our business in  1996.   We are highly qualified as a canine  breeder and we come highly recommended.  We DO consider ourselves to be Goldendoodle experts.  We have made it our personal business to research, document, write about and photograph everything we possibly can with regards to the Goldendoodle dog. 

We enjoy talking about the Goldendoodle to those who are interested in knowing about them.  We enjoy  meeting the families who decide to join our Goldendoodle World.  Photos of our available pets are located on our web site. We have numerous photos of our available dogs as well as those previously purchased for your  viewing pleasure.  We do not, however, email personal photos simply because we don't have the time.   With regards to shipping,  a shipping date  is NOT scheduled  unless we have a signed application with  payment in full.  Please CLICK HERE to see our price programs if you seek amenities with your pet such as a genetic health warranty.   We offer more amenities with our pets than most breeders.   We will not secure  a pet  for anyone  without a financial commitment.  We will, however, agree to hold a pet for 24 hours to give a buyer time to get their payment to us if the buyer is mailing the payment to us.   Our genetic warranty programs, if purchased,  offers  a replacement canine  should a life threatening issue occur during the warranted time frame, regardless of issue.  If the issue is genetic, the warranty will cover a replacement.   All puppies are  vet checked prior to personal pick up, if the price includes such a service. This can sometimes cause same day service to denied due to time contraints.   Scheduling an appointment for personal pick up allows  us time to create  a file for you,  have your canine vet checked (if the price included this service); have your canine altered if the price includes such and have documents ready before you arrive.  It also  gives us time  to bathe, trim the purchased pet and have your pet ready for pick up.  Every pet  is groomed ( bathed and trimmed ) prior to personal pick up, delivery or shipment.  Every pet  is fed a light meal prior to its scheduled departure.  Some pets get motion sick from riding in a car, which is why we only feed them a light meal on the same day they are scheduled to leave with their new family.    Every pet  is visually inspected by the buyer and seller before removing the pet from our premises.   If photos are taken, photos are kept on file and are placed upon our website or other social networking sites for  public viewing.   If you do not wish for your photo to be taken or used,  we do respect this request and this request must be communicated to us prior to the photo being taken.  Unless included in the price, we  require every purchased pet  to have a health check up  by your vet  within  48 hrs of possession.  We require a copy of the vet check submitted to us within 48 hours of the vet check for the buyer's file and we require the signed portion of our spay/neuter/purchase contract to be sent to us within 5 days of possession of your purchased pet if this service hasn't already been completed.  Assistance to the buyer, should an issue occur,  is denied to  the buyer if the buyer  has NOT abided by the contractual  requirements  as stipulated on our canine  application and upon our website.  All purchased canine, if old enough,  are altered prior to possession unless otherwise waived by us, the seller.  
We offer every canine as a family pet.    If the cost of altering is not listed as being included in the purchase price,  then altering is an additional fee payable PRIOR to services being rendered providing the pet is old enough for this procedure.   If our vet completes altering and the canine is not picked up the day after surgery by the buyer,  there is a  post op fee of  $275 charged to the buyer.   This fee is sometimes waivered under special circumstances, however, we do charge mileage and gas fees if an altered pet must return to our vet for surgical complications and if further vet assistance is needed.   Female dogs require ten days of post op care prior to shipment,  while male dogs seldom need more than five  days.  We provide shipping assistance world wide for  an additional fee.  We are NOT responsible for airline fares nor are we in control of what an airline may charge for shipment.   Airfare will vary per crate/dog size.  All crates MUST be twice the size of the dog being flown.  We are NOT responsible for sudden changes in airfare if a larger crate becomes necessary as per airline requirements.   The airlines does charge a fuel surcharge.  All dogs flown with the airlines are insured for up to $1000.   All dogs are flown C.O.D if flown within the United States.   International shipments must be pre-paid to us in full prior to shipment.   We are not responsible for any fees that Delta may charge for your purchased pet's actual  airfare.   Please be aware that Delta charges  higher airfare for any pets that are shipped to  the WEST COAST.  All airfare is taxed by the airlines.  The crate your dog arrives in is yours to keep.   All documents for  your pet  are attached to your pets' crate when shipped.  PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANY PAPERWORK AWAY WITHOUT READING IT FIRST!   In some instances, we can meet a buyer at the  Charlotte-Douglas International airport but please be aware that this  service is NOT provided FREE OF CHARGE. There is a delivery fee of no less than $375 if we do not happen to already  be going in the direction desired for delivery.   We do provide shipments to Hawaii,  Holland,  Germany, Ireland  and Canada.   International shipments do cost entirely more than shipments within the USA.   All international shipments must be PRE-PAID TO US in full.   There are NO C.O.D. international shipments allowed as per the airlines rules and regulations.  All international shipments require bilingual health certificates that must be endorsed by the USDA.  Such certificates cost more because they must be translated in order to be completed by our vet.   Because all health certificates are void after ten days,  we also must use the services of Fed-EX or UPS the documents to the office of the USDA in Raliegh, NC.  The endorsement stamp is NOT free.  USDA does charge for the endorsement stamp.   We are charged more by our vet for international shipments due to the extra work they have to conduct in completing proper documentation required by EU.   All canine shipped internationally MUST be micro-chipped with an EU approved micro=chip that costs more than our regular chips used for USA shipments.  Because there is a lot more involved in shipping animals internationally,  there is a higher fee charged. 

Most international shipments by us cost $5000 American dollars.   This fee includes all of the requirements by the individual country including the American USDA; Vet fees; import fees; airline fees and our own time and expenses involved.    Special sale prices, when available, DO NOT apply to any international sales.
We do appreciate those who purchase from us.   We encourage all buyers to call us whenever they want to chat about their purchased pet or if they have any concerns or inquiries.  We are available to those who purchase from us,  seven days a week...24 hours a day.   It is our intention to be a part of our created canine through out their entire lives,  as much as possible.  We encourage our customers to submit as many photos as possible so we can view them and share them with others whether here on this website or across the internet.  Our Goldendoodles are beautiful, loving dogs.  We are very proud of the dogs that come from our Goldendoodle World.   We also appreciate all buyers who keep in contact by sending us photos, videos, letters and emails regarding their purchased pet.    We love following the progress of every created canine that is purchased by others.

As of  Sept. 11, 2005  all USA  airfare  is C.O.D.   but there is still a  shipment assistance  fee that must be paid to us if the buyer requires shipping for their purchased pet.  See our "canine shipping" page for pricing.    This assistance fee covers a small to large  sized crate.   Extra large crates require an additional fee.  We charge an assistance fee to also pay for our gas and time it requires to make shipping  a purchased pet, happen.   The vet  check up/health certificate/acclimation certificate, rabies tags/certificate required by all airlines is not included unless otherwise noted  upon our "available doodles" page or within a purchase price.    Anyone who requests airline shipment  MUST agree to pay the airfare on their end at the time of  pick up at the airlines.  Anyone refusing to pay the airfare bill of their purchased pet,   once it has arrived at the airlines,  will be held legally  responsible for all costs & fees incurred regarding their purchased pet.  We may be able to provide personal delivery depending upon your location,  however, personal delivery is NOT free of charge.  A delivery fee will vary depending upon the actual mileage, the amount of time required and actual  fuel/personal  expenses.    Delivery or shipment assistance fees are PRE-PAID.  NO EXCEPTIONS.   CLICK HERE  if you need shipping or delivery information.   As of Dec. 2008,  we only accept personal or cashier  checks from Bank of America.  If you do not bank with BOA,  you may withdraw cash from your personal bank or  take a cash advance on your credit card in order to  make a cash deposit to our bank of america account, if you desire quick service.  Otherwise  you may submit an American Postal Money Order by mail or send a personal bank of america check along with our canine application.  Once we receive payment, we do contact the buyer in order to discuss assigning a Goldendoodle.  We then assign a Goldendoodle to the buyer and make arrangements for delivery, shipment or personal pick up.    If you are seeking immediate service, although expensive,  we recommend   WESTERN UNION.  We are ID verified with MERCHANT CIRCLE AND NEXT DAY PETS.

If you are a breeder...........THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!   Unfortunately there is an outbreak of not only cashier check scams going on,  but people are also  using credit cards to make a purchase and then get a "charge back" on  the puppy by  claiming it was "damaged merchandise" to rip off the breeder.  They in turn, keep their money AND the puppy.  Credit card companies allow this so their customer will continue to use their credit card services and this is a new scam going on! Some are also using the scam of  sending fake personal as well as bank cashier  checks to breeders under the pretense of buying a puppy.   This  is quite unfortunate  because breeders are some of the hardest working people we know.    The STORE MONEY ORDER below was actually a money order that was originally purchased for just $18 and was cashed a year before the date that is printed on it.  Notice it has a "2005' date and is for $880.  This money order was sent to us by a breeder  who was ripped off to let us know about the store money order scams happening to breeders.  It was somehow washed by the crooks and reprinted.  This poor breeder has never been able to get her money or her puppy back and it took 60 days for the bank to discover it was a complete fake.  The bank then charged HER account and she was responsible for paying back her bank OUT OF HER POCKET!!!     If you send us a check that is NOT from Bank of America,  please make sure that you are not expecting a puppy for up to 60 days.   Any payment sent to us that is NOT an American postal money order,  western union  or postal money order  will delay your ability to pick up or receive your puppy for up to 60 days to ensure the payment clears completely.    PLEASE

BE AWARE THAT SCAM ARTISTS ARE STEALING DOG PHOTOS AND USING THEM ON THE INTERNET TO PLACE DOG ADS FOR DOGS THEY DO NOT OWN OR ACTUALLY HAVE FOR SALE! We try amd make the purchase  of our available canine as pleasant and as  quickly as possible.  However, there are some people who clearly try and take advantage of our kindness by trying to challenge us regarding our purchase policy when they arrive at our home on their scheduled pick up date  or after they've made a purchase.  It is quite unfortunate when this happens.  Our purchase policy has been in place for many, many years.  Our purchase policy has been very successful, which is why it's remained in place. We've had great success in assigning our puppies and dogs to their families and this policy does help reduce rehoming issues.  We are not perfect.  No one is, regardless of where you  purchase your family pet.  However, we do our best at assigning a canine that is as close to what the buyer  is seeking.  We do provide the exact canine a buyer wishes to purchase if that canine is available for sale.  As much as a customer desires successful canine ownership,  we want our canine to have a successful placement with their new family.

As a footnote,  I am one  of the original founders for the Goldendoodle hybrid for the entire southern region of the United States.  No one was breeding or creating the Goldendoodle in the southern region of the United States when I began my Goldendoodle program in 1999.  I was  the first breeder to register the Goldendoodle dog with a ligit kennel club in the United States.  Our Goldendoodles have over 400 champion OFA good, ancestors down thru their lineage.  It took  2 years of my time  to research the pedigrees of my breeding dogs because their lineage spreads out across Europe that dates back to the early 1930s.  It is with great hope that  you can appreciate the effort that it requires in order to provide you with a wonderful dog,  if you desire one from our Goldendoodle World.

Our canine sales  are NOT contingent upon your viewing any parental dogs.  Our canine sales  are NOT contingent upon your viewing multiple puppies.  Our canine sales  are NOT contingent upon any outcome of veterinarian services provided to an assigned purchased pet prior to pick up or shipment.  Our canine sales are not contingent upon your personal issues after you obtain the purchased pet.  Our canine sales  are contingent upon ONE thing and that is to provide you, the buyer,  a healthy, loving, quality canine that you can enjoy for many years to come. 

The temperaments of the puppies and dogs we produce are our number one priority simply because more families with children purchase from us.  We DO NOT back breed, in-breed or create multi-generation canine.  Every single canine produced by us, when available,   is a first generation dog.  Some people misunderstand what "first generation" implies or means.   "First generation" Goldendoodles do NOT imply that they come from two seperate breed types.  "First generation"  Goldendoodles imply that neither of their parents are directly related...regardless of whether both parents are Goldendoodles; A Poodle or a Golden Retriever or whether one parent is a Golden Retriever and one parent is a Goldendoodle.   We ensure that neither parent is directly related to each other to ensure the offspring (puppies) are first generation dogs.
