The service terms specified upon this site, our how to order page, our purchase policy page and our canine application are always evolving and may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, the owners of this site, Mike and Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide prior notification. We retain the right to change the content upon our website, at our sole discretion, without any prior notice to you.

Personal information such as names, email addresses, personal home addresses, home phone numbers and any information we may collect from you regarding the purchase of one of our canine will never be sold, shared or distributed for any reason without your expressed permission to do so. This site provides a page that describes warranted services for any canine purchased from a buyer. You understand that by purchasing a canine without one of our available genetic warranted services, you are purchasing your canine "as is". A canine purchased "as is" does not imply that a canine has a physical defect or is otherwise, unworthy of purchase. A canine that is purchased "as is" implies that the buyer is aware that the site owners Mike and Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World offer warranted programs that may cover an issue regarding a purchased canine and they have elected to not use or purchase the available service offered upon this site. You understand that buying a canine "as is" releases the site owners Mike and Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World from any liability should an illness or health issue arise. You understand that services provided by the site owners Mike and Dee Gerrish is provided to you "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty unless otherwise noted with an available canine. The site owners, Dee and Mike Gerrish disclaim all responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness or reliability of the services provided, unless otherwise noted. The site owners disclaim completeness, accuracy and take no responsibility for any content placed upon this site that is not directly written or owned by Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDENDOODLE WORLD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS, COSTS, USE OR OTHER TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES AVAILABLE; (ii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM GOLDENDOODLE WORLD; AND (iii) NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (WHETHER EXPRESSED VERBALLY OR IN WRITING) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT GOLDENDOODLE WORLD AND ITS SITE OWNERS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
THE SITE OWNERS DEE AND MIKE GERRISH OF GOLDENDOODLE WORLD AND ITS SUBSIDARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS ARE NOT FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED REGARDING A PURCHASED CANINE AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY REASON. THE SITE OWNERS, DEE AND MIKE GERRISH, DO NOT REFUND FOR ANY REASON OR AT ANY TIME. OUTSIDE SERVICES PROVIDED TO A PURCHASED CANINE FROM GOLDENDOODLE WORLD ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. THIRD PARTY SERVICES PROVIDED TO A PURCHASED CANINE FROM GOLDENDOODLE WORLD ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
Exclusions
The site owners Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World do agree to provide a 30 day grace period for any
"as is" purchased pet. This grace period only provides an "as is" replacement canine of equal value, gender, size and color upon first availability should an unforeseeable event occur. Such an unforeseeable occurrence includes any communicable virus, disease, health issue, accident issue and/or death issue but is a limited, conditional purchase grace period warranty. The offered 30 day grace period is by courtesy only. The 30 day grace period does not cover any incident caused by abuse, neglect or deliberate "accident". Should a death occur, the site owners, Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World will require a necropsy report from the buyer's licensed veterinarian to substantiate cause of death before a replacement canine will be provided to the buyer. Third party services such as vet services, personal delivery and/or shipping services are available for any canine but must be paid for in advance by the buyer prior to services being rendered. Third party services are non transferable and non refundable for any reason should a replacement canine be made available to the buyer. All payments submitted must accompany the site owner's canine application.
All canine are assigned to the buyer by the site owners, Mike and Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World. However, the site owners will permit a buyer to purchase a specific canine if such a canine is available upon this site, for sale.
The site owners Mike and Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World agree to try and match the buyer with an available canine as closely as possible to what the buyer desires to purchase. At no time will any heights, weights or lengths of any canine be guaranteed unless the canine is an adult dog and such has already been conducted by a licensed veterinarian.
