There are no refunds on any changes made, once payment has been accepted by us, regardless of issue.   *SHIPMENT ASSISTANCE FEE WILL VARY and can increase  IF THE CANINE IS AN ADULT LARGE SIZED DOG OR PUPPY THAT REQUIRES AN  EXTRA LARGE  CRATE.   Shipping dates/times  ARE NOT guaranteed and are subject to change either due to extreme weather, airline issues or personal issues.   When a pet  is ready to go, we make shipping arrangements and provide the buyer  with a shipment assignment  number.  Weather issues  can cause delays on shipping dates that is beyond our control.  The buyer  will be held legally responsible and liable for all shipment fees and expenses  to include RT (round trip)  airfare if the purchased canine is returned to us by the airlines due to the buyer's refusal to pay the airfare at the destination point.  We have no control over airline fees/prices and do not know in advance what the airlines is going to charge until the pet is actually checked in with the airlines on the day of shipment.
